About Rewired With Drew
Think of this as a long-term experiment in optimizing life—testing ways to grow, improve, and actually enjoy the process. The goal? Raw, authentic storytelling with measurable progress.
The Rules
- Declare your challenge publicly. Before Day 1, post to your platform of choice and say it out loud:
“I’m publicly holding myself accountable for the next 100 days to do [insert your challenge here].”
This isn’t about clout—it’s about commitment. - Post daily to the Discord. Use the format “Day XXX of 100 days of ______” every single day.
- Measure what matters. Share your data. Track your progress.
- No bullshit, no excuses. Miss a day? Own it. Learn from it. Keep going.
Each Challenge Will Be Broken Down As Follows:
Where I’m At vs. Where I’m Going
No experiment or challenge would be complete without a baseline—a minimum starting point used for comparisons. Ever heard the saying, “Whatever gets measured gets managed”? That’s the foundation here. We’ll track clearly defined data points to measure progress from start to finish.
Starting Line
- Physical challenges – What measurements matter? How frequently should we track them? What tools should we use?
- Mental skill challenges – How do we objectively measure progress?
- Each challenge begins with clearly defined measurement points and accountability markers.
Defining Outcomes – The Finish Line
Each challenge lasts 100 days—but what does that mean?
For example, a challenge like “100 days of not being a fat ass” needs a clear definition of success. Instead of vague goals, we define quantifiable targets—like passing a US Navy Physical Readiness Test, including body composition measurements.
Recapping the Journey
Every challenge ends with a reflection—what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve for next time. Honest assessment is key.
Beyond the Finish Line
Some challenges will be so impactful that they become part of daily life. When that happens, follow-up posts will continue with “Day XXX” in the title.
What If We Fail?
Spoiler alert: We will. A lot. And that’s half the fun.
Failure isn’t just an option—it’s expected. We’ll document it, reflect on what could have been done differently, and cheer on others who are in the trenches with us.
The goal is simple: Show up. Post daily. Share the lessons. Hold ourselves accountable.
